ThriveFully Kids Inc. (“ThriveFully Kids”, "ThriveFully", “Our” and “We”) ships across Canada and the USA*. Orders destined to Canada, must be placed in CAD, orders destined to the USA, must be placed in USD.

Our fulfillment provider, normally ships from its warehouse in less than 24 hrs (processing time), except pre-orders. We offer fast free shipping across Canada and the USA*. Mats are normally received in 4-7 days and for those that need it sooner, Amazon Prime members can receive a mat within 1-3 days. Although shipping is normally free, we reserve the right to charge a fee for shipping to remote areas in Canada, such as Nunavut, Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories and Yukon.

Delivery times are approximate – delivery may take longer or shorter than indicated, especially in November and December (holiday period). We will do our best to get our products to you our amazing customers as quickly as possible. 

If for any reason (for instance: wrong address or incomplete address, missing buzzer number, package is not picked up by purchaser), the package is returned to us, you agree to pay the return delivery costs as well as the original delivery costs.

Please note that our third party partner shipping carriers do not offer delivery to PO Boxes. Therefore, you should always put in your physical address as your shipping address.
