We hope you love your new playmat as much as we do, but if you decide that your new ThriveFully Kids product isn’t for you, you can return or exchange it any time within 14 days from the original date of delivery so long as you meet our return and exchange conditions found here.

If an order has been approved for a refund, it is immediate and you will get an email confirming the refund has been processed. However, it can take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account depending on the Bank and the payment method used at checkout.

We take great care to design high quality and durable products and to ensure that your products arrive safely. With that said, you always have 14 days following the delivery date of your package to report a product that is received damaged or defective, including but not limited to,
products damaged during delivery, or a product missing a part upon delivery. For more information see our policy here.

If you received a product in good condition at the time of delivery, but it has been damaged during use, please check our Warranty policy here instead.

Contact our customer experience team at support@thrivefullykids.com to check the balance of your ThriveFully Kids e-gift card. We will request the card purchaser's name, email address and the last 4 digits of the card in order to retrieve it in our system.

Use ThriveFully Kids eGift Cards for online purchases at
thrivefullykids.com Place the items of your choice in your cart and, at the checkout page, enter your Gift Card number and click "apply". You can use multiple Gift Cards to pay for your order. 

If you haven't used the full amount available on your card to pay for your order, the balance remains on your Gift Card and you can re-use the Gift Card number to place a future order. If the balance on your Gift Card doesn't cover your order total, you can select another payment method to cover any remaining amount to be paid. 

If you can't find your ThriveFully Kids eGift Card or deleted it by mistake - don't worry! As long as your eGift Card has not been redeemed, we will be able to re-send the card by email to the purchaser's email address. Our TPU padded foam playmats are made from premium non-toxic foam. TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) is a very soft and durable material and it is completely non-toxic, odourless and hypoallergenic. Our padded foam playmats have been rigorously tested by an accredited third party and have exceeded all US, Canadian and European Safety and Toy Standards. Our padded foam playmats are free from heavy metals, BPA, lead, formaldehyde, phthalate, formamide, latex, EVA and PVC.

Our ThriveFully Kids padded foam playmats are made without any toxic plasticizers, preserving chemicals (like PVC) and chemical/colour stabilizers. As a result, the heat sealing process during production may cause a slight yellowing of the outer edges of the playmat. This is not a fault but a feature of the premium quality and non-toxic material that we use. 

Yes, our padded foam playmats are earth friendly. Once composted TPU will biodegrade after 3 to 5 years.

The ThriveFully Kids padded foam playmat measures 6.5 x 4.5 ft and 0.6 inch thick.

The ThriveFully Kids padded foam playmats are rolled up tightly in individual packaging to reduce volumetric shipping weight. Once taken out of the box packaging, unroll the play mat and place it on a flat surface with the curled edges facing down to release minor creasing and for it to relax and flatten down. Depending on how long the playmat has been rolled in the box, It can take up to a week to fully flatten. 

The creases should disappear on their own after 1 week. Cold temperatures during the packaging and shipping process will sometimes make the foam playmat shrink. Leave your playmat at room temperature and in a few days it should go back to normal.

We recommend you roll up your padded foam playmat for storing. DO NOT fold your playmat as this will cause permanent wrinkles and creasing in the foam. The playmat is shipped with velcro straps. Keep those velcro straps to easily roll and store the playmat between uses.

Yes, very durable. Our playmats are made to last and are intended for daily use. Like all foam playmats there will be some normal wear and tear over time. Please ensure you follow our Care Instructions to prolong the life of your mat.

We do not recommend setting heavy furniture or objects on the playmats as they can create permanent indentations and possibly cause damage. Lighter weight furniture is ok such as foam toddler couches and bean bag chairs.

We recommend setting your mat against a wall or furniture when possible and to use a non-slip rug pad on hardwood or solid surface floors to effectively prevent slipping.

When an item is sold as a "Pre-order", it means that this item is not in stock yet and that we are in the process of producing more of that item. If you purchase a product in pre-order, you are guaranteed to get one from the next run that is being produced.

pre-order item is expected to ship out.
